VLV27 VENDOR INFORMATION

VENDORS INSIDE HOTEL

Load in starts at 3pm on the Tuesday before VLV. A load in schedule will be posted here nearer the event. You must load in at your assigned time. If you miss it, you will need to wait for the next open slot.

We have 2 large gray carts for you to use during your load in times only. 

Vendors open at 5pm SHARP on the Thursday.   

VENDORS INSIDE THE HOTEL

What you pay for your space includes the following: Vending space, Liability Insurance, Hotel fee, Table and chairs. 

If your space is in THE ESPLANADE ROOM you get 2 Hi Roller tickets included with each 10x10 space.

If your space is in the FRENCH QUARTER, JACKSON SQUARE or the BOWLING, wristbands are not needed in these areas so wristbands are not included with your space. 

CAR SHOW

What you pay includes your vending space, 2 Classic tickets, Insurance.

Load in for car show vendors starts on Friday afternoon.

INSIDE THE HOTEL

First read section above. If you need to buy some or more wristbands, we will send you a link to buy the tickets which you then distribute to your staff It is up to you to take them to VLV as you must give them to your staff who you want to have wristbands. They will bring them to the VLV office where they will be scanned and the wristbands put on. If you want more wristbands you must buy more tickets. We will set up a link and password to use soon.

THE CAR SHOW VENDORS

You get 2 Classic tickets included with each 10x10 space. These tickets will be emailed to you nearer the event. It is up to you to take them to VLV as you must give them to your staff who you want to have wristbands. They will bring them to the VLV office or Arena check in  where they will be scanned and the wristbands put on. If you want more wristbands you must buy more tickets. We will set up a link and password to use soon.

These Classic tickets CANNOT be upgraded to Hi Roller tickets.
